Service
buyer.sh provides hosted product-search APIs, command-line and MCP integrations, quota management, and related support. Search results, prices, inventory, and merchant information originate from third-party providers and may change without notice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting your API keys and for activity performed with them. You may not use the service to violate law, abuse third-party services, bypass quotas, disrupt the platform, scrape restricted data, or misrepresent product information.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices and included quotas are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or when we confirm a billing error.
Third parties and affiliate links
The service depends on search providers, merchants, authentication providers, Cloudflare, and Stripe. Product links may be affiliate links, which can generate a commission without changing the price paid to the merchant. Purchases from merchants are governed by the merchant's terms.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, buyer.sh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made from third-party product data. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to buyer.sh during the preceding three months.
